CrashTube TV is an online service, where users collect and watch interesting clips with road accidents, car crashes, collisions and dumb drivers, caught on dashboard or surveillance cams. Site theme includes various collections, TV stories, cop chases, road rage fistfights and some other categories.
You can easily join the community: all is needed for registration is an account in one of the popular social networks.
Adding new videos is also simplified for the user, who only must fill out a couple of fields like caption or tags and drag progress bar to a point closer to the action. On this screenshot you can see the extended version of upload form for the user with admin rights:
